To provide a large Sussex Estate with an income stream from a
redundant farm yard and farm buildings.
CLM managed this project from the initial idea of a mixed development site through to completion of the development. This included:
Obtaining planning permission for:
Completion of all necessary ecological surveys of the site and providing ecological mitigation advice where appropriate.
Negotiations within an Affordable Housing Authority.
Inviting and assessing tenders for the construction phase of the project.
