CLM manages a wide range of projects.  Our clients are able to draw on our experience from years of managing projects from concept to implementation. Examples of our work include the following:


Bolebrook Mill Farm

A redundant farmyard complex with light industrial let units forming part of a 700ha farming enterprise in East Sussex. CLM has obtained planning permission for a house on this site, conducted and contracted all necessary environmental and ecological assessments, relocated let unit tenants and has now taken the site to market.
 		  

 
Plain Barn

Following fire damage to a barn on a prominent East Sussex estate in 2003, CLM has managed the replacement of this building with a much improved unit. A successful Application for Determination was submitted, permission obtained and the build project managed by the CLM team. The replacement building is more versatile than the original as well as blending into the High Weald Landscape to a greater degree.
