Our clients are able to draw on our experience from years of managing projects from concept to completion.

CLM manages a wide range of projects. Examples of our work include the Redevelopment of Old Crown Farm; a redundant farmyard on an estate in Hartfield, East Sussex. Planning permission has been gained for a mixed development including an Affordable Housing Scheme of nine homes, a new Doctors Surgery, a Farm Shop and a Let Office Unit. CLM has project managed this development from the initial idea through planning, ecological surveys and mitigation to completion.
