Agreements run for 5 years and applications can be submitted at any time.

A non competitive scheme, available to those with organic land and land in conversion to organic management.

Conversion aid top up payments of £175/ha on improved land and £600/ha on top fruit in addition to the standard £60/ha per annum payment are available in years 1 and 2 of the agreement for land undergoing conversion.

For those with both organic and non organic land a combined ELS/OELS application must be submitted.
