CLM manages a wide range of projects on behalf of clients. An example of recent work includes the redevelopment of a redundant farmyard on an estate in East Sussex. Planning permission was gained for a mixed development including an Affordable Housing Scheme of nine homes, a new Doctors Surgery, a Farm Shop and a Let Office Unit.
CLM project managed this development from the initial idea through planning, ecological surveys and mitigation to completion.
